Position Summary

The Associate Project & Account Manager is accountable for providing direct support to the Project and Account Management functions within the Travel and Leisure business.  This position will work directly with the Manager of Project and Account Management as well as support the Senior Project Manager to effectively manage KM accounts and projects.  This will include direct interaction with customer accounts.


A friendly, can-do attitude and positive outlook is required for this role to build relationships with our external and internal Teams.


Key Responsibilities

Project Scope:

  • Communicate all aspects of project with customer account project managers.
  • Lead multi-functional on-site T&L installation teams, working with both internal and customer teams, to conduct imaging system installation and to address and adjust to issues that come up during the installation process.
  • Manage project scope and delivery of in scope items, both internally and with customer.
  • Create Project Imaging System Bill of Materials, System/Facility Configuration Diagrams, and Customer Site Requirement documents.  Review documents with internal multi-functional teams and then subsequently with the customer’s engineering, facility, IT, and project management points of contact.
  • Provide direct day to day project support to Manager of Project and Account Management and Senior Project Manager as requested to manage all aspects of projects.
  • Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets both internal and external.
  • Work effectively within the KM cross-functional team to ensure successful project completion.
  • Deliver consistent, credible communication with KM Team Members.
  • Upon project completion, ensure proper close out documentation, including use of D365 for proper treatment of project costs and working with KA finance for proper capitalization of installed assets.
  • Utilize tools/resources to effectively execute the project (i.e., Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).


Account Scope:

  • Communicate professionally with customer account representatives.
  • Generate and manage account revenue, cost, and budget reports.
  • Create and manage creative content account plans.
  • Visit account locations to observe and review business with account leaders.
  • Provide direct day to day account support to Manager of Project and Account Management as requested to manage all aspects of the business.


Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internal and external
  • Able to develop and maintain mutually rewarding relationships

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum (3) years’ experience in account management desired.
  • Minimum (5) years’ experience in project management desired.
  • Confident with electronic communication and workflows (Teams, Visio, SharePoint, etc.).
  • PC skills; competent on Microsoft D365, Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word etc.
  • Able to travel to customer locations annually to support customer meetings, site upgrades and other initiatives.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills - Ability to establish trust and credibility in working internally with KM Teams and externally with customer teams.  Be able to effectively communicate, listen and understand.


Physical Requirements

  • Be able to stand for several hours per day
  • Be able to lift 20 pounds
  • Have a valid driver’s license



Visa Sponsorship not available.

$52,000 to $60,000 annually depending on experience.
