Eddyfi Technologies is looking for an Applications Expert to contribute to the success of the deployment of Ultrasonic technologies!


Your daily responsibilities:

In collaboration with sales teams worldwide, you will actively participate in defining and drafting technical-commercial offers for ultrasonic inspection solutions that meet customer needs. You will also provide post-sales support to assist clients in implementing their inspection solutions and gather their feedback.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

Developing Ultrasonic inspection solutions

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs;
  • Conducting feasibility studies and demonstrations to validate the performance of our solutions with clients;
  • Training and advising our technical sales team and clients on the use of our inspection solutions, both on-site and remotely, mainly in Europe;
  • Assisting clients in using the products;
  • Writing application notes and training documents primarily in English.

Supporting Product, R&D, and Sales teams

  • Actively participating in product improvement based on customer feedback and team experiences;
  • Supporting the execution of applicative tests for product and solution validation.


The ideal candidate:

  • Two to five years of relevant experience in the field of Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field: Non-Destructive Testing, Materials Engineering, Physical Measurements, Electrical and Industrial Computer Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, etc.
  • Programming knowledge: Python, C#, LabVIEW, or others;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; pedagogical approach;
  • Available for national and international travel, 1 to 2 times per month;
  • Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written;
  • Driver's license (B category) required.
