We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our efforts in bolstering EMR's mobile plant asset management, with a primary focus on implementing the CMMS solution D365.
What you will be doing:
- Direct and oversee a central team providing comprehensive support services to depots, covering all facets of mobile plant management.
- Serve as the authoritative figure on telematics systems, fuel management systems, and the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Manage the meticulous gathering and preparation of data for the CMMS rollout, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Exercise diligent oversight of depot master data, promptly effecting any changes to mitigate business risks.
- Offer expert support to management and depot staff, resolving system issues across diverse platforms.
- Generate weekly management reports and meticulously maintain the internal asset register for timely updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to mobile plant servicing schedules, optimising support services for depots.
About you:
- Proven track record in mobile plant management, coupled with adept team leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in specifying, procuring, and maintaining mobile plant equipment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in liaising with third-party contractors, fostering enduring relationships.
- Sound command of maintenance systems with a deep understanding of master data requirements.
- Strong analytical capabilities, adept at deriving insights from telemetry data and presenting them visually.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across all organisational tiers.
- Confident in challenging behaviours and engaging with third-party entities when warranted.
- Proficient problem-solving aptitude, adept at conducting thorough investigations.
- Capable of providing steadfast support and leadership to the site services team and the broader EMR enterprise.
