What you’ll be doing:

Directly reporting to the Commercial SVP, this role offers the freedom to craft and execute a cutting-edge go-to-market strategy. We're looking for a leader who's not just a strategist but also hands-on – someone who's ready to dive into deals, craft compelling proposals, crunch numbers, and deliver captivating pitches. Your leadership will embody our ethos of leading from the front.

We're seeking an ambitious Director of Growth to spearhead our Marketing Solutions division, pushing boundaries, and setting new benchmarks in the industry. You’ll leverage the insights and expertise of CACI's leaders across customer marketing, technology, data science, and consultancy. You'll be respected amongst top-tier marketing technology vendors like Adobe, Braze, and Snowflake, equipped with everything you need to excel.

  • Marketing: Collaborate with our central marketing team to launch impactful campaigns and events that drive lead generation and build a robust pipeline.
  • Business Development: Sharpen our Business Development Representative (BDR) efforts, focusing on the most promising accounts and sectors.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Identify market opportunities, tackle sector challenges, and pinpoint brands that are perfect for CACI's expertise.
  • Partnerships: Enhance our growth channels by nurturing partnerships, in close coordination with CACI’s Partner Manager.
  • Pre-sales Expertise: Prepare engaging pitch materials and documents, tapping into the knowledge of CACI’s subject matter experts.
  • Proposition Development: Create compelling service packages that showcase CACI’s value proposition in the market.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide invaluable advice and training to your team, fostering a culture of growth and success.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Deliver precise, timely reports and forecasts, providing strategic insights to the CACI Executive team.
