CACI is recruiting for a Data Planning & Insight Consultant within the Integrated Marketing Group who will be responsible for supporting and delivering a wide range of projects, working closely with analysts.

What you’ll be doing
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Integrated Marketing Group as a Data Planning & Insight Consultant. We have a wide-ranging client list, working with some of the biggest and innovative brands in the UK across utilities, gaming, publishing, retail and consumer packaged goods, leisure, financial services and beyond.
Working in the Data Science team, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering a wide range of projects, working closely with analysts to brief analytics pieces in, manipulate outputs and extract insight. This is a varied role in a high-performing and high-profile team that plays a crucial role in delivering on CACI’s mission of ‘doing amazing things with data’ by helping the brands we work with turn data and analysis into actionable insight.
Responsibilities will include KPI mapping, audience insight, proposition development, the use of data to improve marketing communications and business performance, KPI and reporting dashboard creation and delivery and supporting the development of customer centric strategies including marketing strategies. You will measure, evaluate and optimise marketing activity using best practice testing methodologies. A knowledge and fluency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel will be leveraged to carry out audience insight.
This is a client facing role, where you will showcase your outputs through meetings and presentations ensuring that outputs are tangible and beneficial for our clients.
You will have:
- Strong analytical and numerical ability - able to analyse and interpret data and make recommendations based on data and market trends
- Skilled at using BI tools such as: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar
- Experience of turning data and analysis into actionable insight
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to create visually engaging presentations
- Experience in presenting reports and creating structured recommendations
- Experience of using data to drive marketing or business decision making, to improve commercial performance
- The ability to draw on your industry experience to contribute to thought leadership and PR
- Good / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and a high attention to detail
- Knowledge of working within digital marketing channels including CRM, paid media and social
- You are a strong communicator - written/verbal English, you will have strong organisational skills and will be comfortable juggling delivery across multiple projects
- Good inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate technical results to non-technical individuals
- You have high levels of personal motivation
- You are a logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- You are a team player
- Highly motivated self-starter
