Your Mission

As an Enterprise Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping and designing robust, scalable, and future-proof enterprise systems that align with business goals, meet user needs and drive innovation.


Your Team

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be part of our Strategy & Service Design function, working with Solution Architects, Programme and Product people, Service Designers and Analysts.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a top-notch team including other Architects, Designers, Engineers, Marketers and Delivery Teams. You will be tackling interesting challenges for large public and private sector organisations, delivering meaningful strategies, services and solutions not only for users - but for those who deliver them.


Where is it based?

We are hybrid. You will be working from our Kensington Village office (London - UK) and visit clients as and when needed.

We consider remote candidates provided you are willing to travel to the office for company and client meetings as and when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Technology Planning: Develop and implement strategic digital plans that align with business objectives and support long-term growth.
  • Enterprise System Design: Architect and design enterprise-level systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and adaptable to evolving business and user needs.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with architectural principles.
  • Technology Stack Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, conduct evaluations, and make informed recommendations for technology stack improvements for our clients.
  • System Integration: Design and oversee the implementation of integrated systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across the enterprise.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring the security and reliability of enterprise systems.
  • Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across our portfolio of work.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate ideas, decisions and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the enterprise plan.


Experience and skills

We're seeking candidates with:

  • Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures and recommending practical solutions to stakeholders.
  • Modern Web and Digital Experience Platforms: Demonstrated success in seamlessly integrating modern web environments with traditional tech landscapes. Your expertise ensures optimal digital property performance and engagement, harmonizing with customer databases, billing systems, and essential line-of-business applications.
  • Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and at multiple levels.
  • System Integration: Experience in designing and overseeing the implementation of integrated enterprise systems.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in enterprise systems and delivery plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Desirable Experience:

  • Digital Agency or Consultancy Experience: Previous experience in a digital agency or consultancy environment.
  • Public Sector Experience: Knowledge and experience in delivering to Government Digital Service standards
  • Cloud Architecture: Familiarity with cloud architecture principles and solutions.
  • TOGAF Certification: TOGAF certification or similar enterprise architecture certification.
  • Client Interaction: Experience in client interaction, understanding their business needs, and aligning architectural solutions accordingly.
